2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY A purchase from any of advertisers included in Go60 mailings or appearing on the wwww.go60.us website will not improve your chances of winning.
3. CONTEST DATES Four contests are held each year: The Winter Contest runs from Jan. 9 to Mar. 12. The Spring Contest runs from Apr. 2 to Jun 11. The Summer Contest runs from Jul. 2 to Sep. 10. The Fall Contest runs from Oct. 1 to Dec. 10. Late entrants are automatically entered into the next Contest.
4. ELIGIBILITY You must be a citizen of the United States and at least 60 years of age on the date your contest entry is received.
5. HOW TO ENTER To enter by mail: Send the label card with your name, address and Lucky Number from your Go60 Card pack to: A to Z Information Center, P.O. Box 19039, Denver, CO 80209-990s. To enter online: Go to www.go60.us and follow the entry instructions, providing the information required. To be eligible, entries must be received no later than the Contest Closing Date.
6. DRAWING Winners will be drawn in a random selection process. The winner of each Contest will be notified by 2-day express mail, and must claim their prize by responding in writing or by telephone within 7 days of receiving notification. Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected.
7. GENERAL RULES Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates or subsidiaries, agencies' and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local taxes and travel related expenses not stipulated in the prizes detailed above are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may be required to submit a photograph for publication in future sweepstakes promotions. All materials submitted become the sole property of Sponsors and will not be returned. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsors to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold Sponsor and its directors, officers, and employees and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of the prize. Winners must assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or illegible entries.
